All rates are contractual and valid for both foreign and domestic guests. We are not VAT payers. Breakfast is included, however, the price does include a recreational fee amounted to 14.00 CZK/day/person (children up to 15 2.00 CZK/day/person), which has to be paid to the municipal authorities.
